We are a small brokerage company located in Greensboro NC. Our attention to detail and our integrity distinguishes us from other brokers out there. We came from humble beginnings. Our sister company, Service First Logistics, started in 1995 as an answer to our client's air freight needs and was initially operated out of our Vice President's spare bedroom. SFL was born with a different mentality than most trucking companies. We decided not to look at the truckload industry as "just trucking", as most do. Instead we view every truckload shipment as though it is that expensive, pay by the pound, air freight. It is the very purpose behind our name that we believed in then and still do today — that service to our customers will always come first.
We carry this same model over to our transportation brokerage, Capacity Inc. We are not 'just a brokerage', we take EACH shipment very seriously. We do our best to screen each carrier that we work with for the best available service options and want the drivers to convey a professional, courteous image to our customers. We will do our best to deliver each of your loads safely and on time, while keeping you well-advised of our drivers' progress. Both Capacity Inc. and Service First Logistics Corp. make service to you, our customer, as our top priority.
We offer a variety of services from which you can choose. From local, to long-haul, to just in time deliveries, we have you covered. We can help you with your dedicated, as well as your once-in-a-blue-moon shipments. We move dry, refrigerated, volume LTL, as well as flatbed freight.
